Guardian Vaults was the first privately owned safe deposit box facility of its kind in Australia. Established in 2002. Guardian Vaults designed and built a state-of-the-art facility, using the latest in sophisticated security technology, surpassing standards set by bank and government safety deposit box facilities. After extensive due diligence, Guardian Vaults opened Australia’s pre-eminent, secure vault facility, providing unparalleled security, personalised customer service, convenient access hours and a modern and professional atmosphere.
Combined with strict procedures and protocols, Guardian Vaults guarantee their clients peace of mind through a proven and unblemished security record.
During its research leading up to the opening, we discovered that the bank custodial services were antiquated in their security measures and complacent in their procedures and protocols. A lot of things have changed since the bank vaults were established, unfortunately for some, they have not developed or grown with the times, to the detriment of their clients.
This is a serious business but should not be a complicated one. Guardian Vaults continues to focus on physical security, its customer service and the privacy of its clients.
