Transacting is seamless - simply submit your request via email or by telephoning the office - we will generate your quote via email or SMS. Simply confirm your purchase and then transact (cleared funds) within the 3 hour time frame and your bullion purchase is complete - we will do the rest.
Your bullion will be delivered free of charge direct to Guardian Vaults and you will be notified accordingly. You can collect on delivery or alternatively Guardian Vaults will hold your purchase in an allocated safe deposit box until it is convenient for you to transfer into your own safe deposit box.
Should you wish to purchase through Guardian Gold and securely store with Guardian Vaults, we will offer you a complete package including complimentary insurance up to $60,000 (conditions apply).

Visit Guardian Vaults with your invoice and photo ID at your convenience to transfer goods
Confirmation of purchase is required within1 hour of receiving your quote and funds transferred within 3 hours of receiving your quote. Guardian Vaults will arrange for the delivery, insurance and allocation of your goods.
Transactions under $5,000, photo identification is not required, for transaction from $5,000 - $10,000 photo identification (ie. Drivers License). All cash transaction above $10,000 must be reported to Austrac.
