In comparison, your data is maintained within individual safe deposit boxes that are easily accessible by your staff. You can be guaranteed that your data is not stored with other companies’ information in one large holding room.
This also allows you to lodge and retrieve your data when you require it without being dependent upon a third party or that of courier companies. Our Gold Card Membership allows unlimited access during office hours and Saturday mornings (see calendar for opening days and hours). Four registered staff can access your safe deposit box/es for one annual fee of $450.00 (as of the 1st January 2010), together with complimentary insurance to $20,000 per safe deposit box.
For your convenience Guardian Vaults provides Gold Card Members the use of the conference room in the event your external auditor requires verification of documents and/or data storage.
